Configuring the Check-In Post Sign-In Message

Upon confirmation of the walk-in or online check-in, a post sign-in message can be displayed to the patient thanking him/her and directing them how to proceed. Some clinics may wish the patient to check with the front desk to complete patient identification verification or insurance verification. Others may wish the patient to take a seat in the wait room until the front desk calls them up.
The verbiage for the message can be configured in the by navigating to Settings and clicking on Checkin Kiosk under the Patient Facing in Clinic section.
Once on the Checkin Kiosk Settings, find the Post Sign-In Message and edit the verbiage to what ever you would like it to say after patients check into your clinic.
Be sure and click the Save Changes button to preserve your changes
