Technical Level: Easy

The Delay Callback Button the Patient Queue can create a clinic-wide delay. Most users will not have the ability to effect a clinic-wide delay unless/until granted access.

If a staff user requests this level of access, you should first check with an admin-level user at the clinic to ensure that you are not granting access beyond the desired level.

To enable the Delay Callback button for a staff-level user, edit the user's profile in User Management or in User Settings in Organizations

• click Edit on that username, then check the box for 'Can Delay Callbacks?'

• click the Update User button at the bottom

• have the user log out and back in to verify he/she can now see the button on the patient queue screen
