Configuring the Callback List to Show Callback Button
Technical Level: Easy
Depending on the workflow of the clinic, callbacks may be done by either the nurse/back office or the front office. Clockwise allows the clinic to decide which will be used, and, if the callback is performed by the front office, the callback button can be hidden for the back office screen.
This configuration may be made in the new settings page as follows:
Settings > Staff Screens - Nurse Screen-Back Office
The default setting is to have the callback button enabled on the nurse screen, but hidden on the patient queue. This is shown with a checked box next to "Show Callback button"
