Technical Level: Easy

It is possible to configure the Nurse Screen to either hide or show the callback list (i.e., the list of patients who are in the wait room awaiting callback). This is sometimes useful for clinics who are using the patient queue for callbacks and are only using the nurse screen to discharge the patients.

The visibility of the callback list can be configured by navigating to the Settings tab and clicking Nurse Screen- Back Office below the Staff Screens heading.

Once on the Nurse Screen settings page, you can turn off the callback list but toggling on or off the button to the right of the Use Callback List.

Once you have made your changes, be sure and scroll down and click the green Save Changes button to preserve your changes.
