Understanding Callback Order when using multiple queues
For accurate wait time management and transparency, the patient callback order that appears on the Clockwise Nurse Screen must be adhered to. This is simple enough with 1 queue - a "Next" label will appear on the patient that Clockwise determines should be called back to an exam room next.
When a clinic is configured to have multiple queues, however, there may be times when more that 1 patient could be "Next." For example, you might have a patient marked "Next" in your Urgent Care queue and a patient marked "Next" in your Non-provider Visit queue. In this scenario, either of these patients can be called back next, regardless of who is at the top of the callback list.
